Sassy got her spacers, again, today. So today marks the day one, of many, of no chewy foods. She isn't happy about it, but at least I remember to make her steak yesterday. And I usually don't cook on Sundays. So she better appreciate what I did for her. :)
I am loving the Christmas music blasting through the house. It is so relaxing, don't you think? I am loving Kari Jobe "Adore Him". If I was brave enough, I'd ask to sing this at church. But alas, I am not comfortable in front of crowds. Remember my baptism? :)
We're doing a light three day week this week. We have an ortho appointment and a vet visit today and we need to pick up our turkey breast from the Farmers market tomorrow. So we will be a bit busy to try and learn something. :)
The kids are loving my Fire. I barely use it anymore. And when I do, I get the overwhelming urge to play Angry Birds. But I....must...resist......I am getting us of my Kindle though. I am almost up to 100 books read, since Mother's day!! I trying to figure out a goal for next year. I'm thinking 150.
I called Hubs today, and told him that Casey was sleeping on the pile of folded blankets, we keep in the living room. I thought it was cute. He says "Oh great! Now they're gonna smell the dog." Hubs, this whole house smells like dog. :) He doesn't find me funny.
I went to my church's ladies Christmas party. The theme was My favorite things. So every lady was to bring one of their favorite things and we had a gift exchange. They drew names and you could pick out something. My last church did this also, but they held up the gifts and then drew the winner. But we picked our own. Pretty cool, huh? Well I had a top 5, in my head. but by the time I was drawn, they were gone, so I did the only logical thing I could think of. I picked my own!! The ladies were laughing at me. Only I did something like that. But, after all, it was one of my favorite things. Goat Milk soap, lotion stick and lip balm. :) I was very happy. :)
I guess that's it for now. Hope y'all have a great Thanksgiving.

Don't feel bad about not having your tree up yet. We don't either. Ours won't be up until a week after Thanksgiving, as usual. :( I wanted it up at least a week before Thanksgiving this year, but it didn't happen.
So glad you're enjoying your new Kindle Fire! Technology can be so much fun!!!
Happy Thanksgiving! I can't wait to catch up next week.
